Di semua broker kalau di hack seperti itu pasti tidak akan mau.Selain itu merembet ke tuduhan2 yang lain2 lagi seperti slippage, requote, dll.. padahal hal ini wajar kalau ordernya dilakukan di saat pasar sedang hectic atau ada berita. dan juga itu masih tuduhan saja atas komplain dari user tsb, dan belum keputusan final.Kami juga pernah menanyakan hal ini ke FXDD, dan mereka mengatakan sudah menjeslkaan hal ini ke NFA bahwa itu akibat dihack dengan software variannya FX Genius tsb, dan kemudian NFA menyatakan masih menyelidikinya lagi, dan belum final. Dan itu wajar.di semua broker CFTC seperti FXCM, Gain Capital, Interactive Brokers, IBFX, dll semuanya pernah kena komplain, TAPI itu seringkali bukan karena kesalahan brokernya, melainkan tradernya sendiri dan akhirnya mencari kambing hitam brokernya.Dan bila brokernya bersalah, maka pasti ada sangsi dari CFTC, yaitu denda ganti ruginya yang jumlahnya juga tidak kecil.kalau FXDD adalah broker yang tidak benar dan scam, maka sudah dicabut keanggotaannya dari CFTC loh, dan tidak mungkin bisa terdaftar disana juga.justru broker yang terdaftar denagn CFTC itu lebih bagus dan kredibel, sebab kita bisa lihat bahwa yang komplain pun juga ikut dipublikasikan oleh CFTC, dan benar2 transparan. Itu bagus dan fair.(broker yang teregulasi CFTC aja pernah dikomplain, nah broker2 yang tidak teregulasi CFTC bisa lebih parah , karena tidak transparan dan polisinya tidak ketat)dan juga link2 yang di web forum2 itu kan bisa disubmit dan divoting secara sembarangan oleh kompetitornya ataupun oleh orang2 yang tidak suka akan FXDD.
