If a prosen does not have much ceidrt card debt, will filing bankruptcy benefit them?I have a friend who is considering bankruptcy because she got behind on her house note due to being laid off. Though she had 3 months of bill money saved to pay bills during lay off times, this lay off was almost triple that time leaving her with 6 months of bills that she could not pay at that time. She was able to keep utilities, phone and car notes paid with unemployment and was also able to defer student loans so that they would not go into default. However, her house notes were too high to keep up. She works a job where lay offs are common so this happened about a year and a half ago as well and she got a few months behind on her house note. She worked with the mortgage company to get back on track. But now she is off track again due to extended layoffs.She is working again but feels like she is drowning from the house note.Would bankruptcy benefit? Will she loose her home if she file?

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I set up a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daethgur and supposed “You can find out the ocean if you situate this to your ear.” She situate the shell to her ear and screamed. he was going to be lending his suprpot to Mirka as she had done so much for him. Nicely done I thought. Then there was a picture of Rafa with a Rafa t-shirt on (as if we did not know who that hunk of a man was), on a boat heading off somewhere to fish I guess. Then there was a snippet about Novak and his girlfriend who were going to be cruising the Med on Novak's 2.5M yacht (oh really) before the girlfriend starts working in Monte Carlo. Then there was a picture of AndyR with his wife exiting an Apple store where they had apparently gone shopping and he had on a LaCoste shirt. Now, I know that AndyR has more clothes in his closet than he can shake a stick at, and I am sure that Rafa has clothes that he can wear (or go bare chested for his many adoring fans) but they both wore shirts that to me are a part of the image that their sponsors have asked them to wear. The RF logo is a Nike thing. They have a whole RF line which they are heavily promoting, hence everyone in his box (except Mirka) wearing the RF logo. I recall that Roger said recently that as a result of his Gillette contract he cannot go unshaved, which is a pity for this particular fan, as I love my Roger looking rugged - LOL

With that amount of weight to lose, you need to focus on losing the bodyfat. I would recommend you forget about muscle supplements until you've got down to a relatively low level of bodyfat. Then and only then should you really address the issue of muscle. I'm not saying you should waste away or anything, but what i'm saying is the body prefers to be doing one thing at a time be it losing fat, or gaining muscle.
